We ensure our product is of the highest quality as well as ensure it is well QC'd before it leaves our warehouse doors. As mentioned to you via email, we do our best to communicate our returns policy as clearly as possible, so all customers are aware of the returns policy prior to purchasing. We are really sorry that you missed this when placing your order. We stand by our policy and are very happy to offer you a credit note on the items you do not wish to hold onto which is valid for 12 months giving you plenty of time to use it. We also advised that if there did happen to be any defaults with our product, that we of course would be prepared to repair or replace this product for you, we just need images of the damages at hand, as these were not noticed at the time of thoroughly checking over the garments when packing your order. My daughter hasn’t worn it yet however when we received it and she tried it on it looked absolutely beautiful and fabric was great .
Gorgeous dress. Unfortunately it has a hole at the seam in the front of the dress which I need to have fixed for my daughter to wear the dress.
