We ship worldwide from Brisbane, Australia. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, all domestic and international orders will receive a tracking number.

Authority to Leave:
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, all orders are sent with Authority to Leave the parcel at your shipping address. If you do not give consent for the Courier or Australia Post to leave your parcel if you are not home please note this in the comments section at check-out.

We offer free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $175.
For orders less than $175, standard shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $9.50.
Orders sent via standard shipping usually arrive within 3-6 working days from day of dispatch.
Express Domestic Shipping - select this option at check-out if you really need to receive your order as quickly as possible within Australia and sent via Express Post. While we always do our best to dispatch orders as soon as possible, selecting this option will bump you to the front of the queue. This option is charged as an additional $5 shipping fee. Note: Express Post Next Day Delivery is subject to your delivery address being within the Australia Post Express Post Network.

We ship International orders via DHL Express. Shipping takes approximately 3-10 business days from day of dispatch.

Please be aware that for some regions (Brazil & Rest of the World) the recipient will be responsible for any duty or sales tax that may be incurred for parcels sent overseas. It will state (Excludes Duty & Taxes) next to your Shipping Method at the Checkout if Duty and Taxes will be charged additionally post checkout.
Preorders will be shipped once the stock arrives in the warehouse. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each preorder item on the product page. The delivery time frames from dispatch will be the same outlined above.
If you place an order on both a preorder item and an available-now item, both pieces will be shipped together once the preorder item arrives. If you require split shipments, please note, there will be additional shipping charges.
Returns and Exchanges
Chloé and Amélie want you to love your purchase. You can return any item purchased from chloeandamelie.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:
Email email@example.com with your order number, return/exchange request and return address. We will respond within 1 business day with details as to how your return or exchange will be processed.
Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund or exchange.
Once your package reaches us, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Chloé and Amélie does not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout for Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) orders or duties and taxes paid at time of customs entry for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders. Return postage costs are not refundable and we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. All international returns should be shipped back to Chloé and Amélie as goods returned to sender to ensure no duties and taxes are incurred for the return.
Returns shipping costs for change of mind or size to be incurred by the customer.
If you refuse a shipment from Chloé and Amélie or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Chloé and Amélie. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Pre-order return and exchanges
You may cancel your pre-order any time before the product has been dispatched by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your order has been dispatched, the normal return policies apply.
