Shipping from Sydney, Worldwide. Express Options Available.

We ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia.  All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day.  

Chloé and Amélie do not hold any responsibility for items once they have been posted.

Authority to Leave:

To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, all orders are sent with Authority to Leave the parcel at your shipping address.  If you do not give consent for the Courier or Australia Post to leave your parcel if you are not home please note this in the comments section at check-out.

Australia

We offer free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $150.

For orders less than $150, standard shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $9.50.

Orders sent via standard shipping usually arrive within 3-5 working days from day of dispatch.

Express Domestic Shipping - select this option at check-out if you really need to receive your order as quickly as possible within Australia and sent via Express Post. While we always do our best to dispatch orders as soon as possible, selecting this option will bump you to the front of the queue.  This option is charged as an additional $5 shipping fee. Note:  Express Post Next Day Delivery is subject to your delivery address being within the Australia Post Express Post Network.

International

 

Standard International Shipping

Please be aware that due to the Covid-19 impact on worldwide services, orders shipped internationally are likely to experience a delay.  It is currently expected that international orders are received between 3 and 5 weeks from the order date, depending on the country of delivery.

Standard Shipping rates vary by country:

New Zealand - $19

Asia Pacific and Oceania - $23

North America, Central America and South America - $26

United Kingdom and Europe - $39

Rest of World (includes any region not listed above) - $39

Please be aware that the recipient is responsible for any duty or sales tax that may be incurred for parcels sent overseas. Please refer to your local customs office for rates within your country. 

Express International Shipping - we also offer Express International Shipping via DHL for most regions.  International orders sent via express shipping will generally arrive around 3 business days from day of dispatch.  

Express DHL shipping rates for your region will be shown on Check-Out.

Pre-Orders

Preorders will be shipped once the stock arrives in the warehouse. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each preorder item on the product page. The delivery time frames from dispatch will be the same outlined above.

Returns and exchanges

30 Day Returns

Chloé and Amélie want you to love your purchase. You can return any item purchased from chloeandamelie.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

Email contact@chloeandamelie.com with your order number, return/exchange request and return address. We will respond within 1 business day with details as to how your return or exchange will be processed.Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund or exchange.

Once your package reaches us, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Returns shipping costs for change of mind or size to be incurred by the customer.


Pre-order return and exchanges

You may cancel your pre-order any time before the product has been dispatched by contacting us at contact@chloeandamelie.com. Once your order has been dispatched, the normal return policies apply.
