All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for estimated delivery timeframes depending on your delivery address.
We love our pieces being purchased as a special gift. We are always happy to write your special note to your gift recipient. During checkout, in the Comments field simply note that the order is a gift and any lovely words you would like included. We will also be sure to omit price details from the packaging.
- Size Guide
Chloé and Amélie pieces are designed for the comfort of your little one. Our designs are looser fitting garments, to help you get as much use out of each piece as your little ones grow. Babies and Children's clothing can have very different sizes: by age, centimetres or sizes set by the designers. To help you make the right choice, our clothes are sized by age, in months for baby and in years for children. Commonly, babies and children fit the size closest to their age.

- Should I create an account?
To make purchases you do not need to create an account. However registering an account will enable you to:
- review current order status
- view previous orders
- check-out faster next time
- access to member exclusive offers
- What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is the reservation and purchase of an item not yet available, but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page.
For mixed orders consisting of currently available and preorder items: the products will be dispatched at two different times, but you will be charged only once for the shipping fees.
For orders consisting of preorder items with different delivery dates: the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated delivery date. In any case, you will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the package is shipped.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
If the order has not yet been shipped we are able to make changes or cancel the order. Please email [email protected] to confirm the status of your order. If the items have been shipped, to purchase additional items, you must place a new order. To return any items please refer to our Returns Policy.
