Returns Policy


Chloé and Amélie want you to love your purchase. You can return any item purchased from within 30 days of the delivery date for a credit note. Here’s how:

  1. Email with your order number, return/exchange request and return address. We will respond within 1 business day with details as to how your return or exchange will be processed.
  2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a credit note or exchange.

Once your package reaches us, please allow 3 to 7 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your credit note will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Chloé and Amélie does not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout for Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) orders or duties and taxes paid at time of customs entry for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders. Return postage costs are not refundable and we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. All international returns should be shipped back to Chloé and Amélie as goods returned to sender to ensure no duties and taxes are incurred for the return.

Returns shipping costs for change of mind or size to be incurred by the customer. 

If you refuse a shipment from Chloé and Amélie or do not take necessary steps to retrieve your shipment after we have attempted delivery at your nominated shipping address you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Chloé and Amélie. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
